The Talmud Torah Afternoon School is the only community Jewish supplementary school in St. Paul . Students from St. Paul and its surrounding suburbs attend our program. Some are affiliated with area synagogues while others are unaffiliated. For decades we have been providing our students with quality, substantive Jewish education. Our curriculum is designed to offer students the necessary tools, skills and knowledge needed to create a life filled with the joys of Judaism. Our elementary department teaches students from Mechina (2nd grade) to Hai (7th grade). Classes for 2nd through 6th grade students are held in the afternoon after their school day ends. Seventh graders, though technically in the elementary department, come in the evening with 8th through 12th graders to have a taste of Midrasha life, and to avoid conflicts with after school extra curricular activities.
