  • Welcome

Talmud Torah of St. Paul has a long, rich history of teaching Jewish children in both general and Jewish studies and helping them to grow academically, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Our reputation of excellence stems from decades of graduates who have grown into local, national, and world-wide leaders. We are a Jewish educational community where students take joy in their education, delight in their peers, and feel comfortable with their identity as modern American Jews.

     Preschool image
Talmud Torah of St. Paul (TTSP) is pleased to formally announce that it plans to reinvigorate its early childhood program. The Gayle Johnson Cohen Early Childhood Program at TTSP will launch in August 2014 with a multi-age class of children between 33 months and five years old.  This reinvigorated program will offer a nurturing, rich Reggio-inspired curriculum where children can develop their social, physical, intellectual and emotional skills through play, music, and art within a rich, Judaic environment.  In addition, the program will offer the only partial Hebrew immersion experience program for preschool-age children in the East Metro.  Click here for the complete flyer.

For more information or to enroll in the Gayle Johnson Cohen Early Childhood Program, either call (651-698-8807) or email

    Nov. 13, Dec. 11, Jan. 8, Feb. 12, Mar. 12, May 14 and June 11

Chanting is a form of meditation that opens the doors of the heart; it focuses
attention on the present moment, the place where the Divine Presence can be
experienced. Whether wordless or with words, repetition of the chant helps clear
the mind of chatter, and connects us to each other and the Divine. No experience or prior knowledge is required.

There is no set cost for these sessions, though donations will be accepted.
