Developmental disorders of early childhood can affect the learning, behavior, and social connection of children.
In this session, we will focus on early symptoms of developmental disorders and ways that teachers and parents can address their concerns to ensure their students have the best academic experience possible. We will discuss typical developmental milestones, as well as warning signs that a child may benefit from assessment and intervention.
Educators and parents with students of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend. Best suited for elementary-aged children, grades K-5.

Dr. Julene Nolan is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. Phoenix School Counseling, LLC is registered with the State of Minnesota and has been providing mental health in-service training to schools throughout Minnesota since 1981. Dr. Nolan hosted our previous educator and parent workshop, Social-Emotional Learning: The Best Predictor of Success in School and in Life.
