Newman School COVID-19 Information

For the 2021-2022 school year:

We are enrolling in person for students in grades K-5.

At the Newman School, our first priority is, and will always be, the health and safety of our students, teachers, and staff.

We will follow public health guidelines on masks, social distancing, personal hygiene, and cleaning practices.  In addition, we have developed internal, proactive guides for our teachers and staff to follow.  Training on these directives will happen prior to school opening.

Protocols for students and staff:

• Masks will be required for all students and faculty regardless of vaccination status. 
• All students and staff will be required to test weekly for COVID-19.
• All staff members will be fully vaccinated prior to the beginning of the school year or hired starting date.
