The Newman School is the day school of Talmud Torah of St. Paul and offers a warm and nurturing school experience for students ages 33 months through first grade. The Newman School includes the Gayle Johnson Cohen Early Childhood Education program which offers a Reggio-inspired experience for our youngest learners.
If an after school program is a better fit for your family, we have an option for that as well. The George Kaplan Afternoon School and Midrasha programs offer students in grades 2-12 the opportunity to learn Hebrew, Torah, Jewish culture, music, arts, history, philosophy and Talmud. High school students can choose to take CIS Hebrew classes for High School Language requirements and for full University of Minnesota credit.
Hineni, our adult education program, offers a wide variety of classes and events to inspire and meet the needs and interests of adults of all ages.
To get the best sense of who we are, we invite you to come and visit us, talk to our students, observe our teachers, feel the wonderful energy of our school. Contact us by email or by phone at 651.698.8807 for more information or to schedule a visit.
